Skills Development and Empowerment Policy

Our aim is to support the CA charter developed by the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants (SAICA), the company commits itself to developing the accounting profession among previously disadvantaged individuals through a vacation work programme that recruits at least five students during school and university holidays for June/July and January each year.

Furthermore, as part of the company’s commitment to ensure skills development in the country, emphasis is placed on skills transfer when consulting assignments are undertaken in Government departments. To ensure equal gender representation in the company, we focus on offering vacation work to female students. The students are recruited from different institutions around the country. Student intake will increase gradually over the next three years in line with the growth of the company.
